Learning #Blender; Impossible frame

I have been neglectful of my blog lately because I have embarked upon research toward a PhD under the supervision of Dr Ik Soo Lim at Bangor University.  I am studying impossible models with a view to learning more about impossible shadows and reflections.  It is a multidisciplinary project encompassing art, math, CS and psychology.  I will start posting some of the most interesting stuff that I find and begin by posting my first successful build of an impossible model in Blender (a freeware 3D modeling and animation program that can be found on sourceforge).
I need to suss out how to get a better quality image but this is just the beginning, below is an animation of the impossible frame.

On the other side of things BCW Designs was commissioned this weekend to build a couple of interesting masks - pic's to come - and we have a market nearly every weekend now - separate 'MARKETS' page coming soon :))

Thanks for your visit, stunning holiday pic's of a N Wales summer next - just as soon as I have time to process them!!
